I'm in hospital, i have more free time , i want to write a book , but can't continue.

Try some short story writing prompts which can be found at many online pdf sites. Especially handy write with a tablet. You can always go back and modify. Get a copy of [i]The Elements of Style[/i] by Strunk & White. It’s a lot of help.
