You could. Someone told me that my grandmother drank protein drinks in the 50’s…lost weight but it damn near ruined her digestive system in the process. She needed fiber and one healthy meal a day in addition to a couple of those protein drinks.

@Andromedanian mm..noe.. the only way you're gaining muscle mass via protein is via hardcore resistant exercise. No exercise, you're going to be fat.

@Andromedanian you do heavy weight training, you can gain good mass. If you do not work out, you're going to get squishy. (Unless your Cardio routine is daily)

Sure you can, but it takes more than a week to get in shape (unless you're already basically in shape)
Add chia or flax seeds or you'll get constipation
