Why are we so impatient with other peoples inexperience?

How else will they become worthy of your approval if you don’t share your knowledge?

There is inexperience that is innocent and desires to learn, and then there is inexperience that has a bad attitude and a big mouth and likes to argue about everything.

I really enjoy people who want to learn things. Even if it's not from me. I can't stand inexperienced people who argue about every little nit picking thing.
