I am still hanging out with a vampire

I see him moving to sit next to me on the bed. We lock eyes.

"May I sit beside you?" He asks politely, now that he has been caught.

"No"

"Well we are watching a movie together...."

"THIS ISN'T A DATE"

He doesn't say anything. I focus again on the movie, looking away from the plane of existence he was on. I feel his arm around my shoulder.

"Damn you."

He is chuckling to himself. It is exhausting having to constantly shift between the two planes to keep an eye on him.

I should probably kick his ass out. But vampires don't take very kindly to being kicked out. It is BIG drama every time.....😮‍💨😮‍💨

I try to go the other route where I just talk with him until he gets some idea for a scheme and rushes off somewhere. HAHAHA. He does love his schemes.

It is easier to redirect a vampire than just...dump them on their ass. 🤭

I can see him rolling his eyes at what I wrote. When he sees me looking at him he looks at the movie and pretends to ignore me.

"There is no way in hell Dracula is interested in Boss Baby"

"It is charming."

".....you know what nevermind I don't want to know." If he finds this movie appealing I am sure it is for horrific reasons.

And so the afternoon continues.....
