I think sometimes we don't realize we are losing ourself until the damage has been done.

Unfortunately ive allowed this to happen to me. I didnt have a clue i was doing it. Beating myself up, blaming myself. I dont regret it because i did learn many things that helps me to not do it again or at least have a point where i say "no more". Thanks for bringing this up. I think I'll treat myself to something good this coming weekend. I deserve it.
