In my experiences and attempts of trying to overcome my shyness of going shirtless, I realized that my dads involvement would have been so so crucial and such a positive motivation.

If you look at the pics posted, different races and sizes af fathers and sons shirtless together and comfortable about it also.

It's makes me wonder if it jus randomly happens or was it motivated. My personal opinion is that the upbringing and atmosphere created plays an important role.

Growing up I was always shy about removing my shirt. My dad and mum never really bothered about it and it wasn't something necessary, although mee seeing other kids and older men doing it created the urge for me.
There were some instances where my dad removed his shirt when watching TV or laying down in bed. Seeing this created an anxiousness in me for wanting to do the same but never happened.
I used to think how cool it would be if he even told me to take my shirt off if I'm feeling hot.

Even when I was home with my mom and I used to see other kids playing in their yard with jus a shorts on and I used to want to do the same.

More it made me think, similar to these pics how was the situation created in other homes:

A) Did the parents or father motivate the son to do it
B) Did the son jus do it and it was fine
C) Did the son ask his parents or father if he can remove his shirt

These are scenarios the played in my mind and since my lifestyle was majority based on be conservative I assume that this was the reason.

I would like to hear any other opinions or stories

You sound obsessed with this.

The photos of ppl on the beach going shirtless is unsurprising, right?

Why not go to the beach more?
@SomeMichGuy well this is a platform for sharing whatever you feel like, so that's what I did.

I used the pics jus to support the point that I made in the post.

This site is called "similar worlds" and this is one way to find people who share similar interests. So if u feel like calling it "obsessed" then that's good for you, but I I know why I chose the topic and you more than welcome to block or ignore it if it suits you to do so

@SomeMichGuy well if it's enough to reach out to those few then it's perfectly fine with me.

Because the photos are situations that others would have experienced and been a part of which was the total opposite for me while growing up

So it was to get other people's point of view whoever shared these experiences.

A lengthy post means information, I can't be held responsible for what u think and neither does it bother me in the least

There are a few people that you referred to have already privately messaged me and I don't mind

You are entitled to your opinion but jus don't expect everyone to care.

There was 170 people that viewed the post and not all chose to comment whether it affected them or not, unless u are looking for attention or bored with your life then learn something from those people
@SilentKiller A lengthy post might mean information, yes.

You posted in a public forum. I responded. I think you are using "shirtlessness" as a substitute for your real identity issue.

And yes, that's my take.

You can block me or make your post private; it makes no difference to me.
@SomeMichGuy good for u
Cos I'm actually not going to do that.

I will continue to post regarding the topic and u can view it and give 2 cents or 1 dime opinion 8t won't affect me in the least

@SilentKiller I am, thanks; glad you are, as well.
