Staying in bed

Really thinking of staying in bed today. My shoulder and neck really hurt and the idea of getting up and getting dressed doesn’t sound appealing

I just got diagnosed with degenerative disc disease yesterday after my back had been killing me. I had x-rays Thursday and I start physical therapy soon and have an MRI in July or August. Hope your back is better than mine bro.
