It’s almost 10am and I haven’t left the bed yet.
I’m so exhausted after my first full week back that I
even dropped my phone on the floor because I fell back asleep for the umpteenth time this morning.
Today I’m listening to my body. No set list. No “need to be here” shouting from a distance. Not even entertaining a workout knowing the one I was forced to have all day yesterday.
I’m going to float today. Plop where I wanna. Catch up on the shows I’ve missed. And bake some cookies because I’ve earned this treat of a day 😌
