Governments Tie Your Account to Your ID, Free Speech Dies

Governments are all trying to tie your accounts to your ID. Showing the problems with real name identification online and how it threatens free speech

They are coming for us, this is not just happening in the USA, but all over the world.

Ever notice that every website now wants a cellphone number or ID verification. That's the start of loss of freedom.

Websites do that to ensure it’s a real person and not a bot signing up.

But I see your point. There are companies who do exactly that. Identity management companies stitch together a profile from your digital trail

It's hardly surprising though when you think of why governments, web-site owners and many Internet users want such controls.

It's not a matter of loss of freedom. We'd still be free to use the Internet.
Ikr i just accept that in 10 years the internet and pretty much everything i do and say is recorded like 1984 but hey what can we do?

Here the thing. It's setup now, if you protest and fight back against the system. They will shut down your bank accounts, your modern vehicles, and ruine your life without even putting you in jail.

They will just mark you "Civil Disobedience" on with a few keystrokes your life is over.

That's what they are pushing for

(Sorry, had to work last night)
We tried for net neutrality and anonymous posting online, but Americans decided for oligarch owned minds! And the end of humanity.

Everyone should be like Trump in the sense that they don't give a fuck, why he can't be cancelled

Well they never came from the factory they way. From 1936 to 1996 it was either a 2 barrel or 4 barrel depending on when it was made

Did you not read Orwell's 1984?
