Discreet? Why? I mean yeah I don't think a person should whip their top off, but a little infant sucking on a breast is nothing to be shameful of.

Some of the most serien images we have in our minds are when we see animals suckling. We are animals as well. Yes a little more civilized, but a baby breast feeding should be part of our civility. That fact that it isn't is a hold over from the sexually forbidden and moral shameful attitude that a woman's body can only be sexualized if any part of her skin is showing.

I say discretely in the manner I wws raised. My mom breast fed and when she did she would lay a cloth over her breast and my sisters head while she suckled

i hope she was nursing during cooler months! 😏

You know what I do when I see a mom with an infant at her breast, smile and think how wonderful and usually nod at mom and go about my day.

She did nurse during cooler months. Jan. is pretty cold in WI

my birthday is in January as well! Not breastfeed though :(
