I Love Freedom

I'm not sure the USA is one of those civilized countries even as "free" as we claim to be, there is much Puritanical hold over conservatism bending popular belief.

@JoanieNewHampshire: theres only one state in the US that has yet to pass laws exempting breastfeeding mothers from public indecency laws and even that state has absolutely no enforcement laws anyway. In other worlds there is no charges or fines or anything.

@pandora: was not aware! Do you know which state?
But yes, it's mostly no one wants to open up a pandora station box of lawsuit, like the bathroom bill in South Carolina on the books but not being inforced.

@JoanieNewHampshire: yeah it kind of bugs me that its still a huge debate in media when its already allowed by law and they arent likely to change the laws back.

@pandora: I often wonder why it gets the media play it does. If people would just go about their own business and stay out of others, this world would be a happy place. To many people with obsessive compulsions to control things they have no business controlling.
I even see this in people who claim to be open minded and liberally progressive. People always saying "you shouldn't" really need to "think why not?".
