Have you ever been on a first date with someone in which either you, the other person, or both of you were bare foot for the entire date or just part of the time? What were the circumstances for being barefoot? Did the date end happily or not?

No, I’ve always ended up wearing shoes on every date I’ve been on. If a girl turned up without shoes, I’d probably politely excuse myself at the first opportunity.
