Going from shoes to bare feet

I used to think that wearing shoes when you go out and wearing socks around the house was completely normal and that going barefoot was super weird and awkward, but one day when I took my shoes and socks off in the middle of a soccer game and played much better barefoot and when my bare feet felt so much better on the grass and pavement, now it’s the other way around. I’m now barefoot 247 and don’t own a single pair or shoes or socks. 🥰👣🥰👣🥰👣

That’s terrific! I think it’s called “grounding.” Connecting yourself directly with the earth without shoes to interrupt. She loves and raves about it. You’d think her feet would be all beaten to death from this, but they’re quite normal!

@Miked43 Is she barefoot 247? Does she walk on sharp rocks barefoot? I do!

@BarefootLeilani Not 24/7. She works in a bookstore, so shoes must be worn on occasion. Her feet are even still ticklish.

@Miked43 But those shoes and socks come off as soon as she gets home. I’m a business owner so I get to be barefoot all the time. Can she walk on sharp rocks barefoot?

@Miked43 Working out and playing sports barefoot is amazing. I do much better in my bare feet than I do in shoes and socks
