What is the appeal of naps

So I over heard a few of my coworkers talking about their weekend and one said she looks a 3 hour nap on Sunday. My coworkers where almost jealous sounding. Saying how they would love to do that. I couldn't imagine sleeping 3 hours during the day. I went home and told Joel and Star about this. Joel said he use to take naps when his boy was little and Star says she loves taking naps. Maybe it's just me. But I just don't get it. I barely have enough time to get everything done during the day. If I took a nap nothing would get done.
