Yes. When I was teenager one of our friends used to live on the river. All summer we would take his rowboat out on the river. Makes some pretty cool memories for me now.

@revenant well not as raging as a monsoon river in a exotic country where it jsut swallows you up, but it wasn't calm!

@popmol wasnt planned. The scout leader had never been there before. Beaver falls on the flambeau river in Wisconsin. It was earlybspring and had snowed the night before.
