40% of USA’s cargo shipments passes through the Panama Canal. The water levels are so low that only 26 ships are allowed through a day now… down from over 500 per day.

Wait...I thought ocean levels are rising and places like Florida are going to be underwater. Even Panama for the same reason? What am I not being told truthfully?????!!!!!
