Medical School + Voice Acting
Medical school started and it is hell. But I asked for it so. I'm super happy to be going back to school for my final year. Should graduate next year. Out of boredom I also got into voice acting. No, I'm not famous or something. Neither am I making big money lmfao.
Started as something small and fun and thought it would be cool to be the voice of some youtube channels. And I landed something out of chance. Like so much has happened in the past two months. I get to stay in the background at least so I don't have to deal with people as much, but I did get to meet youtubers with 100k+ subscribers. I get to talk to them not as a fan, but as someone who is on the same level. I'm not paid for most of my work at the moment, but it's nice when someone recognizes me only for my work and voice, not for how I look, what I wear, etc. I'm genuinely recognized for my hard work. Not by any other criteria.
Anyone can do it but it takes lots of work and learning. I ended up editing videos and making thumbnails for some youtubers. It's nice getting to make friends and getting to know others through this.
And I also started up digital art. Which is also crazy. Because I ended up learning photoshop as well as how to edit images or even draw slightly. Took me two months to throw together these skills.
Overall I'm feeling super good about everything so far and it's super exciting working in the voice acting industry and hoping I can make this something even more amazing in the future.😅
