I know that feeling.
BUT I also know that I alone control how I feel. It's actually as simple as convincing myself that I Don't Want To Fell Like This Today. If you do something as simple as brush your teeth with your left hand instead of your right you brain will start to adapt. You can change your brain from producing negative thoughts to positive thoughts. Pick something you like, you love and think about that the next time you are burdened with negative thoughts. Again I know the feeling of 2 hours sleep and the feeling that the day will get progressively worse.

@OliRos haha, I've been here before. My sleep patterns are all sorts of disordered.
Sleep is your friend give into it at least eight hours a night

@SatyrService I don't use a chemical cosh to induce sleep.
@OliRos I certainly don’t recommend it. Especially some people use booze for that. Exactly the opposite effect if you go to sleep with alcohol? You have to process it all before you get any Sleep value.

And yes, Wynne hard-pressed I do take an oral suspension of certain plant materials. Valerian for one. But I like it best to sleep natural. That’s when it works the best. Lovely meeting you by the way

@BigGuy2 it was six days ago and, yes, the day did get worse, but not as quickly as or to the extent that I anticipated.
