@OliRos I understand that so many things want to take her sleep. But not sleeping a lot and actually give me brain damage. If other people are interfering with your ability to sleep they need to back off. And then there’s that thing your own brain keeping you awake that one’s harder. I confess I use a friendly chemistry to fix that

@SatyrService I don't use a chemical cosh to induce sleep.

@OliRos I certainly don’t recommend it. Especially some people use booze for that. Exactly the opposite effect if you go to sleep with alcohol? You have to process it all before you get any Sleep value.
And yes, Wynne hard-pressed I do take an oral suspension of certain plant materials. Valerian for one. But I like it best to sleep natural. That’s when it works the best. Lovely meeting you by the way
