@Azlotto how about throw away the cellphone and go 100% analog
Azlotto 路 M
@HumanEarth I'm not sure what you mean.

@Azlotto Most of Australia can't even get that unless you are (a) very rich, or (b) live in one of the very few areas where the original fibre optic version of the NBN was rolled out before the Liberal National Party (Ozzie trump republican party conservatives) got into power and abandoned it for the knobbled version most of us got stuck with.

See I have advantage, I live so deep in country and so far away from the city. That cellphones don't even work in my area. No cellphone towers

@HumanEarth I love it when people from the city freak out about having no mobile coverage or not enough to make calls and do internet stuff. I think it's good that I go to places in my work where there is zero coverage in rural Australia. I used to live at a place about 100 km from Sydney where at the time there was no mobile coverage only landlines and when they went down during bushfires or whatever all the city freaks freaked out.

@HumanEarth I understand. I'm thinking about getting a HAM radio license.

@Azlotto I can help with that, I'm an Amateur Extra Class in the USA

@HumanEarth Thank you. I took a practice test and wavelengths and antenna sizes hung me up.
