Do you take yourself seriously?

Just a simple question. Yet in some ways quite profound. Do you take yourself seriously? Can you stand in front of a mirror and genuinely laugh?

I'd just say that this ability is distinct from actually taking anything else seriously. At least I think so.

Just an extra word, quoted from a random website that popped up via googling....

Learning to laugh at yourself is actually a surprisingly effective way to deal with your negative circumstances or self-doubt. Studies have shown that laughing at yourself is actually linked to better confidence, self-awareness and mental health. But can you learn to laugh at yourself even if you're not confident?

@SW-User As long as you don't laugh at yourself in a degrading way. That's what my therapist said when I shared to her the concept of memes and asked "Is this healthy?" 😂
