How can I improve my health and heart and mind?

I have zero dollars. I am fed up with fighting SSDI and losing. How can I heal myself? I need major weight loss, a makeover, income and positive people in my life. Suggestions welcome. Thank you.

I suppose the first thing you need to ask yourself is "Am I stuck or do I want to be here?" Answer it honestly.
