Id build a bespoke cottage right in front of the sea, in either the Hebrides, or Cornwall or somewhere. That’s all, not big. I’d build some tiny house/wooden studio’s out the back to rent out to artists/writers/musicians who want to get away and create. I’m not a materialistic person, I adore simple living so I wouldn’t want much else.
