What they are doing is they are checking the train track. They are on duty in the pic to find the track for any wear or tear which could have be a havoc for the train. (most probably)
@Peterpaul17 That's interesting and it makes sense. But I mean that little invention they have there to hold up their bike is so cool so they can stay on the track. I had never seen anything like that.
