Phone Scammer Called & Said Someone Charged $980.00 For an I-Phone To My Amazon Card…

I let him go through his spiel, he gives me a web address to type into my browser and asks if I did it. I played with my keyboard and told him yes. He asked me to repeat back what he told me to type. I told him WWW.Amazon. Com and he said “no it was not that” and tells me something else. I told him if he could speak better English I would have understood him the first time and I don’t trust phone scammers. He cussed me a blue streak and I laughed at him.

I encourage ppl not to engage with scamming idiots. This was funny, and a good use of your time.
@MrAboo True... people do get SWATted these days...

@HootyTheNightOwl engaging with them gives them information about you, and they could really screw you up if they put in the time.

@MrAboo I’m retired so I probably have more time to waste than others do

@HootyTheNightOwl Police already dealt with a SWAT situation this summer. Had half the police force at someone’s house.

@MrAboo I never tell them the truth about anything
