When I was a kid we went to see the practice of a nearby football team. We were shown the weight room where one of the players was doing bench presses. The man on the bench was a well known player and he was doing 350 lbs. One of the smaller guys in our class asked if he could try it. The trainer said he could try it but he would need to find a couple of spotters first. Ken, the little guy, dropped onto the bench and did three reps before any spotter arrived. Ken was not a big man but he had incredible strength. No one messed with Ken.

You are strong! I used to be able to do more than that. But would probably struggle to match that now.

That's pretty good. I'm not sure what my Max is. I have not tested that.
