Is Mid-60’s Temperatures with 25 mph Winds Good Weather To Go Swimming?

Today is the last day of school at the private school where the boy goes. They are supposed to go to the swim complex this afternoon and swim. I tried to tell the boy that it might be cancelled. It was cold this morning with the wind & 50 degree temps. I can’t see getting in a swimming pool for a couple of hours in that kind of weather.

I mean it depends on other factors like how sunny it is + the water temperature + wave height. But generally speaking, I think that's a bit too cold and windy.

Edit: lol nvm, I thought it was the beach. If the pool is being temp controlled then I see no prob.

@SW-User I don’t think the pool is heated, only indoor pools in public swim complexes here. It takes a lot of energy to heat a very large pool.
