If you shed hair quite a bit your handheld blow dryer can be used like a leaf blower to round up the hair that has fallen on the floor to make it easier to gather up and discard.

@MrBrownstone It was at night and the boy was already asleep. The hair dryer is much quieter than the vacuum cleaner.
