Shannon27 the cross country team is separate from the track team. here cross country is in fall, football season and the cross country boys are really thin so they don't play football so not much conflict there. I'm a sprinter in track, a muscular build. sprinters have muscular builds. middle distance runners have medium builds. usually, they have people along the cross country course making sure the runners stay on the course plus signs up for the area they are to run through and tell everyone else to stay off the path. good, you do crunches for your abs. why not do weightlifting? I love weightlifting. you should do weightlifting so you look better in your speedo. you need to do squats and leg curls and leg extensions and calf raise for your leg muscles. I get gas when the tank gets to half full. I don't let it go below half full as you never know if something will happen to the fuel supply and you can't get gas. either a storm in texas taking out the refineries, or a war causing prices to skyrocket and gas stations to run out of gas. not tried the turbo cut. I have seen university boys at the university near here going to the clubs in really short shorts when it was really cold outside with snow on the ground. 🍓
