Has anyone tried intermittent fasting?

I've been meaning to try this out but don't know how to start. Is it worth the hype?

this is the one that worked for me..
Intermittent Fasting on Keto or just shorten the time period you eat. insteat of eating at 7am start at 11am and finish at 4pm. 5 hours eating day.. do not eat any other time else. its a short fast.
