Not as a regime... But some meals i just graze and rarely ever have lunch or breakfast most mornings..
this is the one that worked for me..
Intermittent Fasting on Keto or just shorten the time period you eat. insteat of eating at 7am start at 11am and finish at 4pm. 5 hours eating day.. do not eat any other time else. its a short fast.

You can do the 5-2 diet. You pick two days where you restrict calories to 500 and no more for the day. In essence what you are doing is cutting down your overall weekly calorie intake. Some folk eat the entire 500 calorie allowance in one meal at night...others split it. It doesn't matter how.
Others find it easier to simply fast instead. Water and coffee allowed. No sugar. I find as soon as you eat something you continue to want to eat. So having the 500 calories in one meal worked for me.

I had some ok results with it. Kinda hard to stick with
