@bijouxbroussard The whole thing is confectionary but that's a word that's seldom used. It's subdivided into either chocolate (usually a single bar of) or chocolates(as in a box of), or the anything else is called sweets. Not sure where you guys got the word candy from, you have such a diverse population the etymology would be interesting.
