Mattress toppers

Do you use one? Do you recommend it, what are the benefits?

I use it because I have a foam matterest - otherwise it's hot - and I hate to sleep hot

@Pretzel Oh, right. I thought the mattress toppers are foam too though? The one I was planning on getting is, anyway!
