Can everyone please share some of their worst failures?

I just failed an exam. That I feel quite bummed about. Apart from being average at best at my work...
Anyway...
Please share your worst failures. I want to feel less alone.

Sorry if this offends anyone. I'm just tired of people pretending that life is so perfect when it isn't. It can be perfect in certain aspects, but not all.

That being said, if you do have a perfect perfect life, please scroll past, I don't want horrible critical comments. I just want to feel less alone. That's all.

I failed to put on two of the same shoes a couple of days ago 😒still don't know how I didn't notice right away.

@Lostpoet All too easily done when you're tired and perhaps the light is not good. I went to a wedding wearing a suit...I thought. Only part way through the receprion did I realise that the trousers were not the correct ones. They were dark enough for me not to notice first thing, but the jacket was very dark blue and my trousers were black. 🫩 I don't think it showed in the photos, but I felt a right idiot when I noticed and tried to keep in the shadows after that.
