Holding onto my anger for so long in my life, it made me a bitter and ugly person. I’m letting things go and learning to forgive nowadays, but I’m nearly 40. This is decades of my life that I wasted in anger.

@Colonelmustardseed holding anger is the most difficult thing
@WhatLifeIsFor It’s surprisingly easy to do. The harder thing was to let go.

@Colonelmustardseed i wish it become easy for me too
@WhatLifeIsFor I know what you mean. My youngest sister is like that. She doesn’t always get it till much later on that she’s been wronged.

@Colonelmustardseed well, it's been 7 years i am holding my anger, it is eating me out. I am not sure how it is going to end
@WhatLifeIsFor What helped me was to realize that the moments that angered me are over. They already happened, and holding the anger is continuing their damage to me. Can’t heal until you let the painful moments end.

@Colonelmustardseed Well you are lucky to realize it and then overcome on it. In my case, i know whatever happened in past, i can't change it, i am looking towards future. but at the same time, the anger is living inside me. Sometimes it is on its extreme.
@WhatLifeIsFor It won’t go until you come to terms with it. It’s not luck. It was work changing it.

@Colonelmustardseed that is difficult for me
@WhatLifeIsFor Yeah, but I bet you’ve done other difficult things throughout your life. Difficult can be done. For the sake of your own peace, I really hope it or something helps you soon. 🧡
