there's a lot happening for me at the moment and keep forgetting important things

it's really stressful at the moment, i'm dealing with things on many fronts, trying to sort things out, but with so many things happening , i keep feeling disorientated and forgetting things i've got to do, i've done most things...but it's pecking my head that i've forgotten something, and i know i have, but can't remember.....get that way where i don't feel up to speed with everything going on?

I hate that feeling! Maybe it would help to keep a "to do list" that you can tick off when you have completed each task. There are apps that you can use for that or even just paper on your fridge.
