I think I need a third therapist

I’m not even sure, but I might be doing things I should be concerned about, and it doesn’t fall into the specialties of the two therapists I have.
Even having this thought makes me feel like I’m too messed up to ever get better.

I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing, if it's feasible. I mean, we don't get an electrician to fix the toilet, we get a plumber. If we're building a house we get a builder, an electrician and a plumber. Why should therapy have to be different? Specific needs have specific solutions. Hell, I'm on a multitude of medications and each plays a part. Get what you feel you need, that's all that matters.
