Had Someone Mowing & Weed-Eating The Yard While I Went Shopping This Morning…

He was just finishing up and left about 10 minutes after we got back home. Then the Crazy Neighbor comes to ring my doorbell. I didn’t answer the doorbell this time. He was probably going to accuse the man of going over in his backyard to trim tree branches again. We just wanted him to mow & weed-eat. This guy is a male Karen who is complaining when we get our yard mowed every time as though we are encroaching on his property. He has an old dying tree not far from from our fence line that is full of dead branches that will drop off down in our yard if the wind blows a bit hard in a storm and that doesn’t seem to bother him a bit.

Throw the branches into his yard

@Prison1203 if they fall out of his tree naturally he will accuse us of throwing them over the fence. I found two branches thrown into the back yard about 3 weeks ago because of that.

@cherokeepatti tell them that it’s his responsibility to clean the dead branches up out of your yard if not you will put them in his yard, if the tree is dead by law it’s his responsibility not yours , if it’s alive it’s an act of nature, my parents went through this with a rental property that they own their tree was dead and it fell on the neighbors fence and in the yard, they had to clean it up and fix the fence

@Prison1203 my husband has said if he keeps it up he’ll call the police on him. We are both elderly and he is not. And I’ve had serious health issues this past year and don’t need his stress. I’m getting major surgery soon and don’t need this BS of him coming over here and ringing my doorbell. It’s hell to get up and answer the door for such things after any kind of surgery anyway. I had surgery last fall so I know that.

@cherokeepatti no uiu do not need that, i know how you feel , I battled cancer and have had several major surgeries, i had to have half my jaw replaced and the took the bone out of my lower right leg to attach to a titanium plate they put in my jaw and also had my right hip and knee replaced, so i know the pain and discomfort of that and how hard it is to deal with that crap, I’m sorry that you have to deal with that and hope you heal quickly after your surgery

@Prison1203 Sorry you had to go thru all of that. They will do 4 surgeries in one day, that’s the problem. It won’t be a quick healing because of so many surgical wounds. Taking out everything with potential for malignancy including a complete hysterectomy. I’m bringing CBD oil (the strongest I can find) and very strong medical-grade Manuka honey to the hospital with me and plan on using it. I’m healing up pretty good now from all the treatments I’ve had lately so that’s a good thing. It’s not like I am feeble or anything but you never know how surgery or complications will go.

@cherokeepatti I’m sure they will have you plenty doped up
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Prison1203 they will give me an epidural for 24 hours after surgery. I don’t want opiates due to it constipating me after having a colostomy. That thing has to heal. Already talked to one of the surgeons and asked him about the CBD oil and he said it was fine to bring it and report it to the nurse. It might not get all the pain but it’ll probably help me from being a cranky b**** while I am there.

@cherokeepatti I hope it works and good luck sweetie

@cherokeepatti "It might not get all the pain but it’ll probably help me from being a cranky b**** while I am there."

I'm sorry for all your going through and wish you the best in recovering. But that made me laugh like I could almost hear you saying it.
It also reminded me of a somewhat laughable experience I had while being hospitalized during my miraculous stroke recovery. I couldn't move the from the bed without assistance although on day 2 I was able. Fall risk of course. Well I was assisted to the toilet and the nurse was at door. All of a sudden I said what the hell. Without describing why. I said I want to know every med you're giving me. Stool softener was on the list and I said if anyone gives me another one of those your going to see a stroke victim find the medicine cart and toss it off the third floor outdoor patio.

@Gibbon It’s like I feel the need to apologize in advance for anything I might say. The first 24 hours I’ll be pinned down to the bed and feel like a beetle that has been pinned to a piece of styrofoam. That’s bad enough even without any pain. Can’t move an arm much due to IV’s and monitors on me. I think they have those ports for plugging in electronics to charge on the hospital beds so I can recharge my phone & Ipad, if I can hold them long enough to use them.

@cherokeepatti The bed in first hospital didn't have that port. I used a long cord which a nurse plugged for me. The hospital for my therapy did have that port right beside me which was very convenient. First time I knew they added them to beds. And I never knew before at both hospitals the beds were measuring my weight. There was a white board with my daily vitals and I had to ask about my weight because I never stood on a scale LOL
