I Write to Vent My Frustrations

OH HOW I WISH I COULD MAKE YOU SEE THE DAMAGE YOU CREATE!

Demands, orders, threats,abuse and destruction!
Gas lighting,stone walling,harassment...
These all may have worked at a point when you had sucked the life out of me,messed with the mind on a grand scale,and removed me from my support network!
You never counted on the fact that would break free from your toxic control!

I'm so glad you got free. I was in a situation like that. I too got free but it was so hard.
