Don’t even know what to put for a title

I’m in a real tough spot and it has just kept getting worse. They won’t clear me to go back to work so I’m tapped financially. People keep telling me trust God which is fine and dandy but I have 3 dollars left to my name and that is going to get my dog some more food when he needs it. I’m getting denied in everything I am trying to do to make up the income. I’ve barely eaten since Sunday. They say trust God well I’m gonna trust he’s gonna send me $$ so I can get food cause my family sure isn’t 🤣🤣🤣
