My boss has been really annoying me lately
I returned from the restroom, and he was waiting for me at the door. He informed me that I needed to lock my computer before leaving the room. However, this computer doesn't have that option, and besides, we are in a locked room that requires our ID to enter.
Then he stood right next to me, staring, and asked why I was taking a day off next week. And guilt tripping me for having a three-day weekend. First of all, it’s none of his business. Honestly, I need a mental health day after the end of the semester, and I will be working here full-time. Furthermore, this is the least busy time of the year; we have no projects.
He kept saying he was going to leave, but then he would walk across the room, stop, and start talking in a very sad tone as if he wanted me to feel guilty and engage him in conversation.
Last week, my coworkers were complaining about him, saying he has been acting very passive-aggressively. I didn’t notice it then, but now I certainly do.
