If you’re struggling to sleep I find audible helps me, I find listening to a book really relaxing and if you still can’t sleep just carry on listening to the book.
Those nights can be so long, not knowing if you should express yourself, or even how to quiet your own mind. It won't help but I have learned worrying upon things you can not change at 3 in the morning only brings you more worry

Sleep with your burdens, heavy and tight,
Dreams will come kiss them away in the night.
Down by the shore where the soft waters gleam,
Toss all your sorrows deep into the dream.
The waves, they will carry them far out of sight,
Down to the oceans where depth holds them tight.
Wake in the morning, so feathered, so bright —
Light as a whisper, you’ll soar in your flight.
Sleep now, sleep sweet, the sea sings for you,
The burdens are gone, and the sky is all blue.
