Idk anymore

I just feel like I’m nothing in a way that I can’t even talk about my interests with anyone because they get bored of me No one listens to me no one cares they all just think of me as a friend that you have to invite not because you want you just have to I feel like I’m alone stuck in my head I just want people to talk to me :(( and not treat me like second choice over and over again

thats never a fun mindset. Been there many many many many times.

what helps (beyond finding someone who can actually have a conversation) like what helps cope through the bad days?

@lovingdead probably sleeping or drawing something :)) just doing some things that can make me forget about my problems for at least a while

@loviexsx as obscure as it may sound have you tried drawing as a form of therapy? or freewriting, poetry, anything like that?

not saying its a cure of big fix, but it can be helpful to just get it out somehow.

find an internet stranger to talk to, or make a post where you just VENT, get out all the poison and hurt out of you.

@lovingdead I did actually try writing poetry and drawing! When I’m feeling sad I just grab my sketchbook and draw until I feel better :)) it doesn’t always work but most of the times it does

@loviexsx have you considered sharing it? doesn't gotta be here, but sometimes its cathartic to have those words/feelings be seen. even if people dont know the backstory it can still be nice......plus more poetry in the world cant hurt

@lovingdead sometimes I do share my work with my closest family members but not very often 😅

@loviexsx why not, be it art or feelings on paper they deserve to be heard.

but i also underrstand that sharing things especially emotional stuff isn't always easy.

its easier to hold it in. plus the deeper the feeling, (generally) its not just about it being seen/heard, but being understood, connected to.
