How do i start?

I always wanted to make a full story but I always had trouble creating a story. Like , I have 0 idea about what I want , I dont know the genre , background , characters.. my head is empty I dont know where to begin . Someone here have any advice on how do i find my story?

I have a few stories at the top of my profile. They just popped into my head. Some were complete. Some, like The Perfect Man, I keep adding to. Usually something very emotional is going on in my life at the time and I think the stories are just an outlet. Probably going to be creating a new one soon.
