Yes. You don't know how to live life. You have trust issues. Which means.. you are untrustworthy as even you don't trust yourself. Living life in an insecure manner.

sounds like existential angst. when you have so much responsibility or stuff you want to do that you are frozen to inaction because you feel overwhelmed. the only way to cure it is to take action towards your responsibilities or goals and just do it. maybe try making some small step goals and achieve them?

eta-if yu liek social media try and do stuff to post. maybe that will motivate you and you will get internet exposure for your art or whatever if thats what you want

I'm trying to be more productive and responsible, but I was never those for years.. I think it makes sense for me to be a bit lost or all over the place because of that.

I guess you have to live with feeling a bit lost. We are all lost. Most people bury that sense of feeling lost. It's too uncomfortable.
