How do I find friends that will stay for long?

So I am 14, and I have struggles to find friends that wont manipulate me into some fucked up shit, and just bad things in general. I am a pretty fine person, I try to be as polite and friendly as I can, but I get sensitive pretty easily and I have severe trust issues due to my exes, and I just overthink everything and I know that it is kinda my fault that I dont have friends because they get mad at me for being like this. I need affection and comfort if I am on my lowest but I just dont get it in any relationship or friendship, and currently I am literally all alone. I try my best but I think that I am not “cool” enough to have friends that will give me affection, comfort and one hug is all I need and this paragraph makes no sense but I just have to vent because I need advice on how to find good friends and what to notice on their personality so I wont end up like this again. So please, help me.
