I'm struggling to stay alive.

I'm on meds, I go to therapy, ECT. But it's not helping, I'm the highest I can go on meds and at therapy no one listens. Even if I died no one would notice.

@RowanBonez bro you've gone through major trauma and live in an abusive househould, the crying is not wrong- and overall it never is, you have the right to feel your feelings
