You having a crush on someone gives you zero authority over who he likes or doesn’t. He has no obligation to you.

You can, of course, try to woo him, but I strongly advise you to not attempt to hurt her in any way. It’s a fair contest.

Alternatively, you can move on and find someone who deserves you.
