i keep on relapsing
it has been 7 months since we broke up i keep on thinking about her every time i try to move on she just keeps on appearing in my mind

Im sorry abt your breakup man. But if you even need someone to talk to im here. And instead of relapsing go for a walk,sit in a tree,cry on a pillow,sit by a wall and breathe,think about something interesting, anything but relasping.
