I'm scared to vent
I have never vented in my life and now I am at the last point. I was so afraid that I felt like people were going to tease me the moment I vented. I'm glad I found this place...
Even though my mother is a very funny person, I am very scared of her. . (I know, it's a very small problem) Whenever I try to tell my father about my problems, he makes fun of me, and my mother gets very angry with me when I have an anxiety attack. Even at home, I can't cry, get stressed, or get angry. I don't know what I'll do if I spend my life suppressing these feelings until the end.
